Simple, quick, and easy modularity are among the most critical parameters for buffet equipment design. The primary challenge of this project was to create a bakery dispenser that would both look and function excellently as a stand-alone item and seamlessly integrate as part of a modular buffet system.

The Bakery Column features a two-stack container with acrylic drawers and steel handles. The case frame is constructed from stainless steel or durable 3-ply natural bamboo, making it eco-friendly. An easily slidable wooden surface elevates baked goods, providing double the surface space.
