Designed for Rosseto, the Modulite Cocktail Table explores the balance between structural stability, visual lightness, and operational simplicity. Developed for hospitality and event environments, the table was designed to withstand frequent use while allowing quick assembly, disassembly, and compact storage.

A central design challenge was developing a secure yet easily detachable connection between the tabletop and its folding metal base. The mechanism had to prevent accidental disengagement when guests lean on the tabletop, while remaining intuitive enough for a single person to operate without tools.

The curved metal legs define the table's visual identity, creating a slender silhouette while maintaining the structural rigidity required for everyday use. Their geometry was developed alongside the folding mechanism, integrating functional and aesthetic considerations into a cohesive structure.

Storage and transportation were considered integral parts of the design process. A dedicated mobile cart accommodates up to six disassembled tables, organizing the folded bases and removable tabletops into a compact system for efficient handling and movement.

The collection includes two tabletop diameters, 24 and 30 inches (61 and 76 cm), with a range of HPL finishes and metal base options.

Modulite reflects a design approach in which the user experience extends beyond the assembled product to include every stage of its handling, operation, and storage.
